Do I provide my own T-shirt design, or do you have designs on file?

Yes, you can send us your own artwork in a vector file format. Or if you need help, our gaggle of graphic gurus are ready to help with designing and altering artwork, at an extra cost.

What type of artwork do I need to provide for my T-shirt project?

Vector art (Adobe Illustrator file) is best for printing on apparel. When we go over your project with you, we can help you understand how to correctly prepare your art file format for your project.

How long will it take to complete my custom T-shirt order?

Production time for screen printing and embroidery is typically seven to ten business days. When we go over your project with you we'll be able to provide you with the completion date. Got a tight deadline? No worries, just let us know up front, so we can work to get your project done on time. Rush orders are available at an additional fee.

Do you deliver my order when it's complete?

Depending on your location, we can either deliver or ship your order. We ship UPS Ground unless otherwise instructed. If necessary, expedited shipping is also available. Shipping charge will be assessed and we will add the cost to your invoice.

Are there any kind of discounts for groups?

Definitely! We have discounts for First responder and Military groups. And, for each job, there is a volume discount when you print a large quantity.

What is your "Brand Promo" Discount?

This is cool! Many of our loyal customers are happy to tell their friends about how great ABC Tees is to work with. One of them suggested we print our cool new ABC Tees logo on the sleeve of their t-shirt order so they could help promote our ABC Tees brand. So, we made that into a thing, our "Brand Promo" Discount. We print our small logo on the sleeve of your t-shirts or hoodies and you get a discount on your order.

Is there a catalog you can send me?

When we go over your project, we will be able to get you the catalog that will best fit your needs.

Can I change the shirt & ink colors for my project?

We can print the same design on as many different colored shirts as you want, but you'll want to keep the inks the same for the entire project so you don't incur additional screen set-up charges.

What if I want to print on my own shirts?

Cool! You can bring in your own shirts but an additional charge may be added. Also, because we can't be sure how your garment will accept inks, we can't guarantee the end result.
